About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Certified Medical Coders to join our Medical Coding team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Review patient medical records and physician documentation
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory guidelines
- Identify and resolve coding edits and documentation gaps
