What you'll do
- A successful VERIFICATION SPECIALIST will be mainly responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification
- Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications
- Investigate and confirm reference credibility
- Update reference contact information within database
- Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request
