About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Platform Engineering to lead our efforts in modernizing our cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will advocate for and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), centralized security measures, and auditing processes while fostering an automation-first mindset throughout the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the Platform Engineering team to ensure successful modernization initiatives
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to streamline deployments and infrastructure management
- Responsible for AWS Infrastructure, automation and CI/CD design, leading DevOps and enabling adoption of solutions and deployment in production environment
- Collaborate closely with the engineering teams/business users to drive DevOps and AWS improvements and enhance usability
- Should be able to develop overall strategy and roadmap for SRE/DevOps
