- Lead and mentor the Security Architecture team, ensuring consistent, high-quality security reviews and risk assessments
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex security architecture decisions, review blockers, and stakeholder conflicts
- Establish review priorities, balance team workload, and allocate resources based on business impact and security risk
- Define, maintain, and enforce security architecture standards, review methodologies, and governance practices
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
