About the role
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to support the BizOps team in driving key process-improvement and reporting initiatives. The role will involve working closely with Category, Supply Chain, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, identify recurring operational issues, and reduce day-to-day firefighting.
What you'll do
- Drive SKU master updates in coordination with Category Managers to ensure accurate pricing and product attributes and reduce mismatches during inwarding
- Build and maintain regular reporting on fill rates and lead times, identify repeat-offending brands, and track corrective actions
- Track Stock Transfer Notes (STNs) to ensure timely movement and prevent misallocation of inventory across Central Hubs (CHs)
- Track and analyze wastage across Bangalore and Hyderabad, identify trends and key reasons for wastage, and support initiatives to reduce losses
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into operational performance
