About the role
We are looking for a Category Operations professional to support the day-to-day growth and operations of the Dairy & Eggs category at FirstClub. The role will involve working closely with Category Management, Buying, Supply Chain, Vendors and Operations teams to ensure the right assortment, availability, pricing and overall category performance.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day operations and execution for the Dairy & Eggs category
- Track category performance, sales, availability, inventory and key operational metrics
- Assist with assortment planning and SKU-level tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment
- Monitor pricing, promotions and product availability and highlight gaps
