About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join the FirstClub team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers, drive sign-ups, and help build a strong community around FirstClub’s quality-first grocery experience.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to drive sign-ups
- Re-engage inactive or churned customers and understand customer feedback
- Maintain call logs and share daily updates on conversions and customer insights
- Collaborate with the growth team to improve outreach and messaging
