About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented F&V Quality Executive to ensure the quality, freshness, and safety of fruits and vegetables across procurement, storage, and distribution operations.
What you'll do
- Inspect fruits and vegetables for quality, freshness, grading, and defects
- Ensure adherence to food safety and FSSAI standards
- Monitor storage conditions, temperature, and shelf life
- Conduct quality checks at warehouses and retail points
- Identify and report damages, spoilage, and rejection issues
