About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead – Fruits & Vegetables to manage quality operations across our fresh produce supply chain. In this role, you will ensure product quality, food safety, compliance, and consistency from sourcing to customer delivery.
What you'll do
- Define and implement quality standards, SOPs, and grading benchmarks
- Lead quality checks across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Manage and mentor a team of Quality Executives and Inspectors
- Conduct vendor and farm audits to ensure compliance and food safety
- Oversee grading, sorting, rejection handling, and cold chain management
