About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead – Fruits & Vegetables to drive quality, food safety, and compliance across our fresh produce supply chain. This role will oversee quality operations from sourcing to customer delivery while ensuring consistency, process adherence, and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Define and implement quality standards, SOPs, and grading benchmarks
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Executives and Inspectors
- Conduct vendor and farm audits to ensure quality and compliance standards
- Oversee inbound and outbound quality checks, grading, and rejection handling
- Monitor cold chain, storage conditions, and shelf life management
