About the role
Finance Team Leader, Reporting and Data Management – Role Overview Lead the accurate and timely delivery of management reporting, data management, reconciliations, reporting controls and audit-support schedules for the North America business. Act as the functional lead for coordinating reporting workloads, reviewing output quality, guiding colleagues, monitoring delivery and escalating risks or issues.
What you'll do
- Planning, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
- Coordinate inputs to the annual budget and periodic forecast processes, maintaining robust planning models and clear supporting documentation
- Review forecast updates and variance analysis against budget, prior forecast and actual performance for completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Maintain financial models used for scenario analysis and ensure planning assumptions are traceable and aligned with reporting outputs
