About the role
The People Systems Senior Analyst (Workday) is responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions, with deep functional and technical expertise across a defined set of Workday modules (typically 2–3 SKUs such as Core HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent Management, or Recruiting).
What you'll do
- Systems Configuration & Technical Delivery
- Own the configuration, testing, and optimisation of assigned Workday modules (2–3 SKUs, including areas such as Reward, Time & Absence and Talent Management)
- Build and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and configurations within their specialist areas
- Deliver system changes using structured release management and testing approaches
- Support tenant and release management activities including testing cycles, validation, and defect resolution
