About the role
Responsible for processing and reviewing on payrolls located in NA, Canada & Europe . The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for contributing to payroll related projects, providing timely and accurate payroll reporting and data to the business as required.
What you'll do
- Review of end-to-end Europe, NA & Canada countries Payroll
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state (US), and provincial (Canada) tax and labor laws, plus company policies
- Work in partnership with the People teams to ensure smooth running of payrolls
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation changes and ensure compliance across all payroll locations
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and timekeeping data
