Professional Services Tech Lead/Architect

About the role

This role requires a constant focus on improving technical skills through training or on-job learning opportunities. The Consultant needs to be collaborative and build effective working relationships within Fortinet to drive success. The Consultant is expected to contribute to team processes and highlight to management any risk to projects.

What you'll do

• Acts as the senior technical authority driving complex, large-scale migration/implementation projects— coordinating multiple resources
• Provides thought leadership in developing migration methodologies, frameworks
• Lead technology transition discussions, influencing design decisions and migration approaches while driving high-quality service delivery outcomes
• Translate complex customer business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures focused on technology/solution transition
• Lead Professional Services pre-sales , including solution scoping, effort estimation, and creation/review of Statements of Work (SOWs)
