About the role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions that drive innovation and business impact, with a focus on building autonomous agents that leverage LLMs, reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and advanced decision-making strategies to handle complex data and workflow tasks
What you'll do
- Build, customize, and deploy Generative AI models on Azure AI/ML ecosystem
- Develop RAG-based solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge bases for context-enriched AI responses
- Design and implement modular, reusable AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making using LLMs, APIs, and tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
- Integrate ML models (NLP, CV, RL) into agent behavior pipelines to support inference, learning, and feedback loops
- Contribute to multi-agent orchestration logic including task delegation, tool selection, message passing, and memory/state management
