About the role
Right now, we´re seeking an AI/ML Team Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable AI-powered solutions across the FEG business, driving measurable business outcomes. This role combines technical leadership and people management, guiding the team in building AI ML systems including LLM-powered applications, autonomous agents, and intelligent decision-making frameworks, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
What you'll do
- Lead the AI Engineering team, including task allocation, technical guidance, and career development
- Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable, production-ready Generative AI solutions, AI agents, RAG-based applications
- Build and maintain APIs and full-stack applications using Python and scripting languages
- Design real-time, event-driven data pipelines using technologies such as Kafka and Redis
- Deploy and scale AI applications on Azure Container Apps (ACA) or OpenShift (OCP)
