About the role
We're looking for LinkedIn Recruitment Associates to help us hire our Campus Managers across universities in the United States. This isn't a job where you'll spend months doing repetitive administrative work. You'll work directly on live hiring projects, learn modern sourcing techniques, experiment with AI recruiting tools, and understand what great recruiting looks like at a global startup.
What you'll do
- Research universities across the US to understand where we should recruit from
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines
- Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records
