About the role
Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up! We have 500+ students who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on converting leads into Campus Managers.
What you'll do
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals
- Screen potential CM candidates
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team
- Work with our Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics
