About the role
As a Campus Recruiter, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you'll report to. We’re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and some sales/recruiting experience.
What you'll do
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals
- Screen potential CM candidates
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team
- Work with our Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics
