About the role
We are looking for a Granary Adoption Generalist to drive adoption, rollout, and effective usage of Granary capabilities across business and operations teams. This role will work closely with business users, operations teams, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure new platform capabilities are understood, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day ways of working.
What you'll do
- Drive adoption of Granary capabilities across grocery retail, supply chain, fulfillment, merchandising, store operations, and commerce teams
- Translate business objectives into executable platform roadmaps in partnership with Product and business teams
- Collaborate with Product leadership to shape platform capabilities based on user needs, operational realities, and adoption feedback
- Drive alignment between business priorities and platform investments by capturing requirements, impact, dependencies, and adoption readiness
- Support rollout planning, user communication, training, SOP creation, and adoption readiness
