About the role
The Technical Officer will own end-to-end product and program execution for key initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business impact. The role will define success metrics, manage dependencies and risks, and drive adoption of platform capabilities and AI-enabled solutions across channels to deliver scalable outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic product and program initiatives from planning through launch and adoption
- Define success metrics, measure performance, and use data-driven insights to track progress and inform decision-making
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with channel and user needs
- Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, issue resolution, and escalations across multiple workstreams
- Support product strategy by translating business goals into executable technical requirements and roadmap priorities
