About the role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketplace Growth Lead – Commerce India to spearhead brand and seller growth across major third-party marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa and more.
What you'll do
- Lead a team focused on marketplace operations, seller success, and performance management to accelerate GMV, profitability, and ecosystem expansion
- Build and execute the growth strategy for marketplace success in the Commerce India region
- Identify high-potential categories, marketplace opportunities, and growth levers
- Own GMV, margin, returns, availability, and visibility metrics for marketplace sellers
- Drive activation, performance optimization, catalog quality, promotions, and marketplace compliance
