What you'll do
- Develop a holistic integration strategy for Konnect, focusing on seamless integration with marketplace, ERP, POS, and WMS systems
- Identify key API requirements and facilitate smooth data flow between systems
- Drive change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new integrations
- Collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs and manage integration timelines effectively
- Define clear product requirements and prioritize features based on market demand and partner feedback
