About the role
As anContract Management Specialist at Gainwell, you will serve as an individual contributor responsible for leading the development, negotiation, interpretation and administration of contracts and contract governance across the enterprise.
What you'll do
- Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and business partners
- Analyze contractual risks and provide management with suggestions for risk-mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with U.S.-based contract managers, attorneys and business leaders to resolve legal, commercial, operational, and compliance issues
- Support bid, and procurement activities, including performing proposal and contract reviews associated with RFPs and government healthcare opportunities
- Ensure contracts comply with corporate policies, applicable laws, healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and contracting standards
