About the role
As an Senior Contract & Compliance Specialist at Gainwell, you will serve as an individual contributor responsible for leading the development, negotiation, interpretation and administration of complex contracts and associated governance across the enterprise.
What you'll do
- Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and business partners
- Analyze contractual risks and develop practical risk-mitigation strategies
- Provide advice to and collaborate with U.S based contract managers, attorneys and business leaders to resolve legal, commercial, operational, and compliance issues
- Support proposal, bid and procurement activities, including leading contract reviews associated with RFPs and government healthcare opportunities
- Manage contracts for compliance with corporate policies, applicable laws, healthcare regulations, privacy requirements and contracting standards
