About the role
As a member of the Project Management Office (Master Scheduler) you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated Master Work Plan, under the guidance of the Delivery Enterprise Project Management Office.
What you'll do
- Assist in the identification and ongoing management of dependencies by facilitating Dependency Workshops and Dependency Review Workshop
- Maintain and update plans, advising on forecasted milestones, missed dependencies, critical path analysis and impact assessment
- Ensure reporting is implemented and maintained consistently and effectively and aggregated for the Portfolio/Program
- Ensure all product-based plans include activities, time and resource estimates for risk mitigation
- Ensure quality review activities and associated time have been allocated realistically
