What you'll do
- Review and validate resource allocations across projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved staffing plans
- Establish and maintain Microsoft Project baselines for new and ongoing projects
- Perform quality assurance reviews of project schedules to ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, and best practices
- Monitor adherence to PMO processes and escalate inconsistencies or risks to PMO leadership as appropriate
- Communicate upcoming due dates, required updates, and compliance reminders to project teams through clear, professional written communication
