About the role
As a Technical Writer at Gainwell, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, system guides, online help systems, and developer guides. You will have a strong understanding of technical subjects, excellent writing skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
What you'll do
- Create, edit, and manage guides, technical manuals, release notes, online help, and other documentation for healthcare products
- Ensure all documentation is clear and concise
- Update documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes in the products
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to gather information and understand documentation requirements
- Participate in product development meetings to stay informed about new features and updates
