About the role
This role is strictly involved in business analysis, requirements documentation, and healthcare reference data support activities and does not involve direct access to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or any secured or confidential client data.
What you'll do
- Create, edit, and manage guides, technical manuals, release notes, online help, and other documentation for healthcare products
- Ensure all documentation is clear and concise
- Update documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes in the products
- Ensure consistent use of styles, templates, and formatting across all documentation
- Implement and manage version control processes for documentation
