About the role
As the Junior Content Specialist for GCOE Business Enablement vertical, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written content to engage internal and external audiences. You will focus on supporting the content team by creating and editing content for our website, social media, blogs, email marketing, and other internal and external digital and physical platforms while ensuring alignment with Gallagher’s brand voice and messaging.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for producing high-quality written content to engage internal and external audiences
- Ensure the smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders
- Be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team
- Be interacting with teams present in Bengaluru and Pune
- Optimize content for SEO best practices and ensure it reaches targeted audiences
