About the role
Overview Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) is seeking a Lead Proposal & Knowledge Management Specialist to lead the proposal content, bid support, and knowledge management function while managing a team of proposal and knowledge specialists.
What you'll do
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for the team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Sales Teams, Bid Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and business leaders
- Partner with Sales Teams, Bid Managers, and SMEs to create compelling, client-focused content
- Ensure proposal responses meet client requirements, compliance standards, and brand guidelines
- Establish and maintain content governance, review cycles, and quality standards
