About the role
Overview The Program Manager Role at Gallagher Company will be responsible for managing the end -to-end administrative activities associated with certain programs. This role balances between Program Design and Administration of the Learning Program. Create key dates for each class, 6 months to 1 year in advance of the program start date.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing the end -to-end administrative activities associated with certain programs
- Create/update master plan spreadsheet for new classes, including key dates to populate formulas
- Build the program plan in MS Teams Planner and assign tasks
- Partner with TA and ARCs (Achieve Regional Coordinators) to confirm the final class roster
- Update Leader Contact List after Learning Coach assignments are confirmed
