Senior Lead Specialist - GHRSS PMO

About the role

Overview This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end vendor ecosystem and learning inventory across Gallagher’s Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS). The incumbent will ensure optimal utilization, governance, and alignment of learning platforms, tools, and content with business capability needs, enabling a scalable and cost-efficient digital learning ecosystem aligned to Gallagher's strategic priorities.

What you'll do

• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution of vendor-related processes
• Support HR Governance, Third Party Risk, Architecture Review Board, and/or AI reviews for onboarding new tools and platforms aligned with enterprise governance standards
• Drive license management, including allocation, utilization tracking, and renewal optimization to improve cost efficiency
