What you'll do
- Verify each request against the relevant insurance contract, policy schedule, and policy wording to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and issue new certificates, renewals, and amendments following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct thorough quality checks before issuance to ensure certificates are accurate, complete, and error-free
- Ensure certificates accurately reflect client insurance requirements and policy coverage
- Manage a high volume of certificate requests while maintaining service levels and turnaround times
