About the role
The Advanced OM Specialist is responsible for managing orders of increased complexity and scope. Operating with greater autonomy than the entry-level OM specialist, this role operates within a clearly defined framework, ensuring all OEM and Non listed items are delivered complete, on time, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for the sales team for order execution related escalations on Non Listed items
- Plan & process billing and delivery for the set of products or sub region including inventory check, reservation
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations & regulatory requirements
- Own backlog management for NL Planning collaborating with internal stake holders
- Maintain accurate documentation of the order, in line with contract, billing and related compliance requirements
