About the role
As the Lead Application Specialist for Women’s Health Ultrasound, you will be responsible for driving and executing clinical education training, demonstration management, and demonstration strategies. You will facilitate evidence-based practices and support both the customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post-implementation by delivering effective, outcome-based education and training solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of Women’s Health Ultrasound products, including potential uses
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training for customers and channel partners; monitor and report on training outcomes
- Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment usage
- Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within the assigned territory/region to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by conducting product demonstrations and customer training sessions
