About the role
The role is responsible for providing technical and clinical leadership throughout the MRI sales process by demonstrating product capabilities, clinical applications, and customer benefits, while supporting product promotions, conferences, trade shows, and customer training.
What you'll do
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MRI Clinical Application Specialists (CAS), ensuring skill enhancement and career growth
- Identify training needs and create structured learning programs, including hands-on training, webinars, and global learning opportunities
