About the role
This role is responsible for Channel partner management and performance throughout the region , Channel partner should deliver the services repairing and refurbishing sold or existing products, encompassing all types of maintenance services—both preventive and corrective. Oversees maintenance facilities and field service engineering operations.
What you'll do
- Responsible for channel partner management to deliver services in Punjab- Haryana-Himachal region
- Ensure Channel partner should follow EHS , Policies to deliver service for the Products installed in the Field
- Responsible for Performance of channel partner , Guiding and ensure that the quality services are being provided in the field
- Conduct Filed Audits and raise customer satisfaction Score
- Provide on-site technical assistance to customers for all installed products, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or problems encountered
