About the role
Service Parts Program Integrator is the key interface between Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Engineering Teams (NPI and IB), Product Management and the Global Service Parts Organization (GSPO) across the entire product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Ensure customer satisfaction for NPIs by delivering service parts readiness and availability on time
- Improve product quality by monitoring post-NPI service demand, identifying potential quality problems, and escalating to Engineering and Global parts organization
- Review all engineering changes for impact to service parts; prevent fulfillment gaps and trapped inventory due to engineering changes
- Improve fulfillment by prioritizing technical obsolescence and Supplier Change Request workload for supporting engineering and GSPO teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build service part lists for products going through M6, M7 and M8 milestones
