About the role
Are you a database expert who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment? As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer on our Digital & Technology team, you will lead the migration and modernization of enterprise Oracle databases to the public cloud. You will administer mission-critical Oracle Database 19c platforms in a 24/7 environment, focusing on Data Guard primary-standby configurations, ASM, Linux, and shell/Python automation.
What you'll do
- Lead Oracle database migration and modernization to the public cloud
- Migrate Oracle workloads to GCP or other public cloud platforms
- Own migration processes, documentation, automation, and tooling
- Administer mission-critical Oracle Database 19c platforms in a 24/7 environment
- Implement and support Data Guard primary-standby configurations
