Manager – Marketing Technology, Sites & Services

About the role

This senior role is a strategic engineering leader within the BTFE team, responsible for architecting, building, and overseeing scalable, secure, and maintainable digital products and services. The individual will lead delivery across the predominantly .NET-based BTFE technology ecosystem, while governing mobile application delivery through vendor partners and strengthening the team’s future cross-platform engineering capabilities.

What you'll do

• Delivery Leadership & Execution
• Leading delivery of complex BTFE products, platforms, and modules across internal teams and vendor partners with end-to-end accountability for scope, quality
• Owning production support strategy across BTFE platforms, including incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, service reliability
• Driving stakeholder alignment through active participation in product discovery, requirement gathering, scope definition, technical planning, dependency management
• Providing high-confidence estimates for large-scale efforts, advising on resourcing and partner capacity
