About the role
As a Business Category Lead (BCL) supporting Walmart’s NAF business, with a primary focus on ISF Bakeries, you will provide analytical and category management support to the Walmart NAF Category Advisor team.

- Drawing Support (Planogram Execution): Assist in relay support via drawing for in store merchandising mods – shelf design and assortment
- Continuous Improvement, Executional Excellence & Project Management
- Deliver accurate, complete work within agreed timelines by clarifying request requirements, validating data and logic, and setting clear expectations with stakeholders
- Manage multiple recurring and ad hoc deliverables, prioritizing effectively and communicating progress, dependencies, and risks
