Sr. Program Manager, GIC

About the role

The Program Manager is a member of the GTM Project Management Office (PMO), which focuses on the identification, development, and implementation of End to End (E2E) strategies and initiatives. The PMO is part of the Strategy and Operational Excellence Pillar in Supply Chain. The GIC Program Manager manages assigned Supply Chain projects, programs, or workstreams from planning through implementation.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned projects or workstreams using the PMO project management framework and Run, Improve, Transform processes
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action logs
• Create structure and momentum in ambiguous situations by clarifying next steps, owners, and timing
• Coordinate cross-functional project team members and facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and delivery checkpoints
• Track progress against scope, timeline, resources, and quality expectations; identify variances and recommend corrective actions
