About the role
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Order to Cash! In this role the incumbent should possess deep domain expertise in end-to-end OTC processes with a proven track record of managing high-volume collections and driving process efficiencies since this is a critical global role with a strong emphasis on OTC operations particularly in Collections.
What you'll do
- Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
- Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations GPO Digital team Transformation team Transitions team HR recruitment etc
- Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify understand and intensify performance gaps and/ or performance breakthroughs
- Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps
- Achieve assigned Accounts Receivable targets in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
