Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction. Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project. Provides spot detail / Shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details. Responsible for MEP drawing coordination with Architectural
What you'll do
- Create BIM Model (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and do clash detection for coordination
- Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts
- Responsible for MEP drawing coordination with Architectural
- Create Architectural and structural 3D Model based on 2D drawings and do clash detection for coordination
- Create render views and walkthrough videos out of the created models
