About the role
Develop, manage, and update BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards. Perform clash detection and resolution using software such as Navisworks, Revit, or BIM 360. Coordinate with other trades (architectural, structural, electrical, etc.) to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration.
What you'll do

- Provide training and support to junior BIM modelers and engineers on BIM workflows and software tools
