About the role
The role supports basic accounting activities and ensures completeness of financial data. The role will work closely with Finance team based out of US.
What you'll do
- Reconcile bank balances and resolve outstanding items
- Reconcile credit card transactions for lab customers and resolve mismatches
- Prepare and maintain the Daily Cash Report with accurate inflow/outflow details
- Prepare and post adjustment, accrual, and reclassification journal entries
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data by posting adjustment entries
