About the role
The ideal candidate owns the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding — while maintaining a W2-only submission approach aligned to our client delivery standards. This is a night shift remote role aligned to US business hours.
What you'll do
- Source and recruit IT candidates exclusively on a W2 basis for Tier 1 enterprise client requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Full-Stack, AI/ML, Healthcare IT, and other technical domains
- Source IT professionals using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS databases
- Screen candidates thoroughly for technical fit, W2 compensation expectations, availability, and work authorization
- Negotiate W2 pay rates and contract terms directly with candidates
