About the role
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our US IT Recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to kick-start their career in the US staffing industry. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
What you'll do
- Source IT candidates using job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder
- Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, compensation, and work authorization
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and account managers on open requirements
- Maintain candidate records accurately in the ATS (Manatal or similar)
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
