About the role
The Associate Manager (Finishes) assists the finishes Manager in overseeing and executing finishes works projects. This role involves supporting management, coordinating with team members, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, schedule time and safety standards. The Associate Manager also acts as a liaison between the engineering team and the Manager, facilitating smooth operations and communication.
What you'll do
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing projects
- Assist in conceptualize projects based on briefings provided by the user (HOD / manager)
- Assist manager in develop preliminary design and project budget
- Ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
- On time completion of design development
